Hanjin opens new Belgium office
Hanjin Shipping Tuesday launched a sales office in Antwerp, Belgium, to handle a growing number of direct calls to the city after a dramatic increase in transport volume through the region.
Hanjin operates the Antwerp International Terminal with “K” Line and Yang Ming. In a statement, the Korean-based ocean carrier said its container business strategies for 2006 will focus on direct sales through sales offices, replacing previous agencies, to strengthen sales and customer service.
