Hanjin to join Asia/South America trade

   Hanjin Shipping will join the Far East/South America trade when its starts taking slots from MOL’s on its weekly Asia/South Africa/East Coast South America CSW service later this month.

   Hanjin will join the service Dec. 24. The CSW is a joint service between MOL and Pacific International Lines using 11 ships averaging 2,800 TEUs.

   Hanjin will only serve the ports of Busan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Yantian, Singapore, Santos, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Paranagua and Rio de Janeiro on the CSW.

   The full port rotation of the CSW is: Kobe, Yokohama, Nagoya, Busan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Yantian, Singapore, Durban, Santos, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Paranagua, Santos, Rio de Janeiro, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Singapore, Hong Kong and back to Kobe.
