Harley Davidson rides with Procurian

   The procurement solutions provider Procurian said Tuesday it has been selected to deliver its global, source-to-pay solution to the motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson to optimize spending in its indirect procurement activities.
   Procurian’s solutions allow its customers access to all the components necessary to optimize indirect spend.
   “We are excited to help Harley-Davidson take procurement to the next level,” said Carl Guarino, chief executive officer of Procurian, in a statement. “As we look across today’s business landscape, we are starting to see the emergence of firms that are taking a deeper look at how to maximize the value that can be driven by procurement.”
   Procurian’s other customers include Whirlpool, Kimberly-Clark, Hertz, Symantec, and Timken. – Eric Johnson
