Hatsu targets transatlantic    Hatsu Marine Ltd., a U.K.-based affiliate of the Evergreen group, said it will expand its North Atlantic services this year.
   Effective this month, Hatsu will increase its transatlantic capacity by adding to its slot allocations on the Montreal/North Europe “ECX” service and the U.S. West Coast/East Coast/North Europe “NUE” loop.
   Hatsu said it will increase its capacity on the sector linking the U.S. East Coast ports of Charleston, Norfolk and New York with the European ports of Antwerp, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, Thamesport and Le Havre.
   “Over the past two years, we have concentrated on building our market share in the Pacific where our first ships were deployed. Now though, it is time to do the same on the Atlantic,” said Maurice Storey, chairman of Hatsu.
