HEAVYLIFT AIR CARGO OPERATOR IS SOLD
The London-based HeavyLift Group, which operates an airline specializing
in outsize cargo shipments, has been sold to a management group for $23.75
million.
The purchasers are led by Michael Hayles, managing director, and Graham
Pearce, commercial director. A third investor is Farbad Azima, who for 12
years has been HeavyLift’s general sales agent in the U.S.
