HELLMANN MAKES U.S. APPOINTMENTS
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, the Germany-based forwarding group, made several appointments to its U.S. subsidiary.
Karl Weyeneth, formerly Hellmann's financial controller for the Americas, was named president and chief executive officer of Hellmann USA. He came to Hellmann from Danzas in 1999.
Rick Cazan was been promoted to senior vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Cazan has been with Hellmann for 14 years.
Tom Outwin has been promoted to senior vice president of operations. Nils Ekman has been named regional vice president for the western U.S. And Walther Borchers is the new regional vice president for the southwestern U.S.
Separately, Hellmann opened a regional office in Sao Paulo.
