Hellmann Perishable Logistics names VP

Hellmann Perishable Logistics names VP    Hellmann Perishable Logistics (HPL) has promoted Raul Villavicencio to vice president.
   Villavicencio has been general manager at Miami-based HPL for six years and has been in the industry for 20 years.
   HPL has operations in 134 countries on six continents and is a division of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
