Hicks named CFO at Kewill

The global trade management software provider Kewill said this week it has appointed Andrew Hicks as chief financial officer.
Hicks joins Kewill from Misys, the banking software provider, where he most recently held the post of global head of integration, overseeing the operational integration of its merger with Turaz, where he was previously CFO.
Hicks held a variety of senior finance roles for Misys in both the United States and United Kingdom. Prior to the role of CFO at Turaz, he was CFO at Denver-based P2 Energy Solutions, a major global software and data solutions company serving the oil and gas industry.
“Andrew’s appointment marks a very positive step forward for Kewill,” said Kewill President and Chief Executive Officer Robert J. Farrell. “He has hands-on experience of creating value in private equity owned technology companies and an excellent track record of generating results.” – Eric Johnson
