Hong Kong to Norfolk LCL service launched

Hong Kong to Norfolk LCL service launched CV International Inc., a Norfolk, Va.-based international logistics and transportation services provider, said it has launched a weekly less-than-container load service from Hong Kong to Norfolk.
   The service was started in cooperation with its Hong Kong based partner, Orient Star Group.
   “We started the service on a bi-weekly basis to serve a handful of customers. Since then, the service has grown into a weekly service with a broad range of support from co-loaders and importers,” stated Mike Coleman, president of CV International. “Importers in our region had a need for a reliable and cost-effective LCL service from China. All-water direct to Norfolk was the answer.”
