Horizon Lines adds 900 reefer containers
Horizon Lines has received the first 50 high-cube refrigerated containers out of an order for 900.
The initial batch arrived in Tacoma this week, part of 300 to be delivered at Horizon Lines’ ports of call this month. The remaining 600 units are scheduled to be delivered in mid-2004.
Charlotte, N.C.-based Horizon Lines operates 17 U.S.-flag vessels in U.S. domestic trades to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.
