House Ag committee approves Cuba trade bill    The U.S. House Agriculture Committee during a Wednesday afternoon markup approved a bill to lift restrictions on travel by U.S. citizens to Cuba and U.S. agricultural and humanitarian exports to the Caribbean country.
   The bill, Travel Restrictions Reform and Export Enhancement Act (H.R. 4645), must now be brought before the House floor for approval.
   Industry groups, such as the National Foreign Trade Council and USA*Engage, applauded the committee's action on the bill.
   'This bill is in the interest of American farmers, businesses and citizens, and would mark one of the only pro-trade votes the House may have this year,' said Jake Colvin, NFTC vice president for global trade issues, in a statement.
