House bill authorizes money for trade agencies

   The House Ways and Means subcommittee on trade sent to the full committee a bill authorizing Congress to appropriate $6.2 billion and $6.46 billion in fiscal years 2005 and 2006, respectively.

   The bill also reauthorizes for two years U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the International Trade Commission.
