Chairman John Mica, R-Fla., named Frank LoBiondo to helm the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Subcommittee and John Duncan of Tennessee to steer the Highways and Transit Subcommittee.
Nick Rahall, the Democratic leader of the T&I Committee picked Rick Larsen of Washington and Peter DeFazio of Oregon as ranking members of those two subcommittees, respectively.

' Railroads, Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Subcommittee — Bill Shuster of Pennsylvania; ranking member Corrine Brown, Florida.
' Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee — Bob Gibbs of Ohio; ranking member Timothy Bishop, New York.
Mica and Rahall also announced the full roster of members who will sit on the committee during the 112th session of Congress.
