HPH, the world's biggest terminal operator, will run berths 11 and 12. The port plans to invest $166.5 million over the next five years (in addition to $249.8 million already invested) to expand container capacity at the port by 25 percent, a Queensland official said Tuesday at a ceremony announcing the naming of HPH.
