ICTSI appointments
Philippines-based International Container Terminal Services Inc. has made three appointments at its flagship terminal in Manila, its new subsidiary in the Black Sea country of Georgia, and at its Madagascar unit.
Jay Valdez has been named operations manager for Manila International Container Terminal (MICT). He was in the same position at Madagascar International Container Terminal Services Ltd. (MICTSL).
Valdez replaces Rafael Nieto at MICT. Nieto has transferred to terminal manager for Batumi International Container Terminal LLC (BICTL) in Georgia.
Antonio Andrade has joined ICTSI as chief finance officer for MICTSL. He was the finance manager of RSH Marketing Philippines since 1999.
