Gonzalez joined ICTSI in 1997 and was most recently director general and chief executive officer of the Filipino company’s subsidiary Madagascar International Container Terminal Services Ltd.
At MICT, Gonzalez will replace Francis M. Andrews, who is retiring on Nov. 30 after six years in the role. Andrews will continue as a consultant to ICTSI, initially assisting another subsidiary, Baltic Container Terminal in Poland.
