IES Ltd. opens Hong Kong office
IES Ltd., a U.S. provider of technology to manage transporting goods and customs brokerage, has opened an office in Hong Kong, to be known as IES Asia.
'With China's accession to the World Trade Organization and the reduction in tariffs and quotas, we see the Asian market continuing to grow for both exports and imports,' said Andrew Bullen, president of IES, which is based in Midland Park, N.J.
IES provides import and export software for freight forwarders, non-vessel operating common carriers, customs house brokers and other transportation intermediaries.
