IMPATH SIGNS ONE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH AIRNET

IMPATH SIGNS ONE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH AIRNET    IMPATH, a cancer information services company, has entered a one-year agreement with AirNet Systems to provide 24-hour express transportation for diagnostic specimens.
   Columbus, Ohio-based AirNet will use its small-package express services to move these specimens to IMPATH offices in New York and California for testing.
   “As a company providing diagnostic and prognostic information to physicians involved in treating cancer patients, providing results quickly to our clients is essential,” said Heather Creran, vice president of IMPATH’s operations. “We expect AirNet’s rapid deliveries to help facilitate these services.”
   IMPATH started using AirNet’s services about four years ago. AirNet specializes in the transport of medical shipments.
