INFICON adopts screening product from Management Dynamics
INFICON, a manufacturer of advanced instrumentation, has implemented Management Dynamics’ Restricted Party Screening Service.
The Management Dynamics’ product ensures INFICON remains compliant with U.S. and European export regulations by automatically screening all trading partners against various governmental lists to avoid illegal trading activity with sanctioned or restricted parties.
INFICON said due to heightened international security concerns, more stringent regulations have been in force since 2004, and the task of manually screening names and addresses of all trading partners, both individuals and companies, became unsustainable.
The Management Dynamics’ product automates the screening process and enables INFICON to access the up-to-date information.
