International Matex building new terminal    International Matex Tank Terminals will break ground Friday on a $150 million liquid products terminal on a 115-acre in the middle of the Geismar, La. chemical complex.
   The terminal will be opened in phases and will be fully operational in December 2007 with 85 employees, reports the Advocate, a Baton Rouge newspaper.
   The paper reported facilities will initially include 600,000 barrels of tank storage capacity and stations for loading multiple trucks and railcars. There will also be a packaging and drumming facility facilities for receipt, storage and shipment of bulk liquids by ship, barge, pipeline, truck and rail.
   International Matex operates 10 terminals in the United States, one in Quebec and one in Newfoundland.
