INTRAL Corp. has updated its existing global trade management system (GTM) to expand the decision-making process and customized information reporting around key performance indicators (KPIs) through the addition of a new BI Dashboard.
The company said its existing system already offered a series of flexible reports, and the Dashboard is around developing KPI summaries for personalized reporting and analysis requirements within a client’s organization.
The Dashboard also includes a visual representation of critical data, which the company hopes will be used at senior executive and management levels to identify and share areas of performance.
INTRAL said the addition will further facilitating information-sharing around volume and activity trends, service levels, transportation spend, productivity, and compliance.
INTRAL, based in Boston, provides global supply chain operations, software, and regulatory compliance services for companies of all sizes. The company also announced the addition of Leslie O’Callaghan, a 17-year-veteran of international supply chains, to its management team.
