After a continental breakfast on the Intrepid’s hangar deck at 8 a.m., a conference, entitled “Competing for Cargo,” will commence at 9 a.m. That will be followed by a food festival, networking with maritime and transportation leaders in the exhibit area, and self-guided tours of the aircraft carrier.
