INTTRA INTRODUCES TENDERING APPLICATION    INTTRA, a provider of software to manage booking and tracking of cargo across multiple shipping lines, plans to offer INTRRA-Tender, an ocean transportation procurement application, in June.
   INTTRA-Tender will standardize and support all phases of an ocean tender, including initial tender creation and request, carrier responses, and shipper evaluations.
   In field tests, INTTRA-Tender “cleans tender data before it’s made available to all stakeholders via the INTTRA platform,” said Rainer Heil, manager of freight procurement for Continental Tire.
   “INTTRA-Tender merges multiple tenders and processes with the ability to track quotes and trade lanes,” said John Chinn, executive director of the U.S. Shippers Association.
