INTTRA opens Florida office
New Jersey-based ocean carrier e-commerce platform INTTRA has opened an office near Miami to support customers and carriers serving Latin America.
INTTRA said it has seen significant volume coming from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela as well as North America. Mexico, Peru and Venezuela have proven to be the fastest growing markets, with more than 200 percent growth in the last 12 months, the Parsippany, N.J.-based company said.
“The opening of the new office in Florida provides INTTRA with a base of operations to drive further adoption of e-commerce in the region,” said Jim Freeman, INTTRA’s managing director, Americas region. “This new office will ensure that our carriers and customers have access to timesaving tools and electronic multicarrier connections that allow seamless shipment transaction management and communications throughout the ocean container supply chain.”
