IPBCC raising eastbound rates
Carriers in the India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ceylon Conference will implement a general rate increase of $50 per container for all export cargo moving from ports in North Europe and the Mediterranean to ports in the Indian subcontinent, effective April 1.
Carriers participating in IPBCC are ANL Container Line, CMA-CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen Marine, Hamburg Sud, 'K' Line, MacAndrews, Maersk Line, MISC Berhad, CSAV Norasia, Pakistan National Shipping Corp., Rickmers-Linie, Safmarine, Shipping Corp. of India, United Arab Shipping Co., Yang Ming and Zim.
