Iran airline refused fuel in Europe    State-owned Iran Air has been refused jet fuel at some European airports, international news outlets reported this week.
   Iran's government confirmed that some fuel supply companies have stopped supplying the airline. The report specifically cited cases where fuel was refused on passenger flights stopping in London, meaning that the airline was forced to refuel in Vienna or Hamburg before continuing on to Tehran.
   The measures appear to be offshoots of international efforts to crack down on Iran's nuclear program.
   'Our advice to their governments is not to act beyond the regulations and even that illegal resolution,” said Iran's foreign ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast, according to Reuters.
   He was referring to tightened sanctions against the country in June, which precludes many companies in the United States and EU from conducting business with Iran state-owned or private sector companies.
