Isbre contracts with Jo Tankers
Parcel tanker operator Jo Tankers has signed an order with a company that imports water from Norway.
Isbre Holding Corp. said water from its spring in Osa, Norway will be loaded in bulk into cargo tanks on Jo Tankers vessels, and transported to special water storage tanks at Isbre’s bottling plant in Bristol, Pa., on the Delaware River.
Isbre’s water source is a spring located in the glacier region at the end of the Hardanger Fjord on the west coast of Norway.
The company has bottled its water at its source in Norway and ships it by container to the United States and by truckload to Europe.
Isbre said it plans to develop several additional bottling facilities in the United States.
