ISHIPEXCHANGE PICKS SHIPNET SOFTWARE FOR PROCUREMENT
iShipExchange, a Hong Kong-based provider of maritime electronic procurement services, has contracted with ShipNet AS, a Norwegian provider of software for shipping solutions, to update iShipExchange’s accounting and procurement systems.
The Hong Kong provider integrated Oslo-based ShipNet’s Version 6 solution during a beta testing period. The result is a “multi-faceted supplier interface with multilingual capabilities, which assures that suppliers can present a single, seamless front to the buyer,” said Linda Ho McAfee, chief executive officer of iShipExchange.
