ISTEELASIA.COM PARTNERS WITH ILINK GLOBAL
ISteelAsia.com, a publicly traded steel exchange in Hong Kong, said Wednesday that it had chosen iLink Global, a provider of Internet shipping services based in Glen Ellyn, Ill., as an e-commerce partner for Asian customers.
The iLink Global connection will allow iSteelAsia.com to offer “our members all-inclusive, multimodal, real-time costs quotes” for both domestic and international shipments, said Drina Yue, iSteelAsia.com’s chief operating officer.
David Stukel, chairman of iLinkGlobal, said that his company’s booking capabilities would “further solidify iSteelAsia.com’s place in the global steel marketplace.”
