The ITC is the federal agency responsible for updating and publishing the HTS each year. The document is currently available on the ITC’s Web site: http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts.
The 2005 HTS is applicable starting Jan. 1, 2005. It reflects changes to the HTS as a result of the new U.S.-Australia Free Trade Agreement and other changes that have occurred since the publication of the 2004 HTS.
The 2005 HTS has been sent to the Government Printing Office for printing. Orders of the printed version or CD-ROM copues of the 2005 HTS are available for purchase from the GPO at http://bookstore.gpo.gov.
