ITS to release ACE analytics tools

   International Trade Systems (ITS), a provider of U.S. customs brokerage and freight forwarding software, said Wednesday it will release a new Web-based system that links Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) form generation with analytics.
   The system, ITS Web, will be available June 1. ITS said the system is certified by ACE and is the only ACE compatible software system with an analytics engine.
   ACE is the commercial trade processing system being developed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection to facilitate legitimate trade. It is designed to serve as the sole portal for electronically transmitted international trade data.
   ITS said the new solution offers intuitive functionality, fast data entry, and efficient workflow management with analytics aimed at helping companies businesses make better decisions.
   “Executives will more fully understand their business from point of entry through the delivery of freight,” ITS said.
   Analytics reporting will be available for: top 100 customers by revenue and profit; bottom 100 customers by revenue/profit; a budget wheel that lets managers and business owners track their revenue budget by month, quarter, and year; number of entries by user; number of files with error by user; revenue by route and more. – Eric Johnson
