Iversen to head Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics

Iversen to head Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Scandinavian car carrier specialist Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) has appointed Arild Iversen as its president and chief executive officer, effective April 1.
   Iversen is group vice president for shipping and logistics at Wilh. Wilhelmsen, joint owners of WWL with Wallenius Lines.
   Iversen will succeed Nils Petter Dyvik, who will become group chief financial officer of Wilh. Wilhelmsen, effective Aug. 1.
   'Arild Iversen knows the business very well. His deep shipping knowledge and heavy industrial and international experience will be very important in an increasing competitive environment,' said Lone F'nss Schr'der, WWL's chairman.
   WWL has a major presence at the Port of Jacksonville. In South Florida, WWL is represented by the Miami office of Barwil Agencies.
