Jacksonville terminal temporary closed for security reasons    The U.S. Coast Guard temporarily closed a cargo terminal in Jacksonville, Fla., after receiving an anonymous tip that a security officer was not present.
   The agency closed the Ceres Marine Terminal from the afternoon of July 6 until the morning of July 7. The Coast Guard said the terminal had been without a security officer for more than a week. Since mid-2004, the Marine Transportation Security Act has required marine terminals to have a security officer to oversee and maintain security.
   Ceres brought in a security officer from Virginia to get its Jacksonville terminal quickly reopened. If the Coast Guard issues a notice of violation, a maximum of $10,000 could be pursued.
