      On Monday, the parent group said it reached a joint venture agreement with the Malaysian company Kontena Nasional Berhad, which has acted as Tibbett & Britten’s agent in Malaysia for the past two years. Tibbett & Britten owns 60 percent of the new venture, and Kontena Nasional 40 percent.
   The new company, Tibbett & Britten Kontena Nasional Sdn Bhd, will specialize in warehouse, distribution, and supply chain management services.
