JDA releases new technical services aimed at SCM

   The supply chain software provider JDA this week released a new set of technical services aimed at helping companies optimize their supply chains.
   The expanded offering amounts to a broadened spectrum of managed technical services for cloud, analytics and data-management endeavors.
   “Backed by thousands of software implementations, each in a unique technology landscape, our technical services are unmatched in their ability to understand and address our customers’ technology-related challenges,” said Imran Khan, senior vice president, consulting services, JDA Software.
   Beyond those three core areas, the expanded technical services offering includes help with integration, planning, architecture and design, health checks, and implementation.
