Jet Airways orders 10 A330-200’s, options 10 more
India’s Jet Airways has signed a purchase agreement with Airbus for 10 A330-200 aircraft, along with options for a further 10 of the same planes. No financial details of the agreement were disclosed.
The aircraft are due to be delivered to Jet Airways from the first quarter of 2007.
The airline already operates an A340 plane, having begun A340-300E services to London earlier this year, using leased aircraft.
