Johnson takes helm at Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corp.    Collister “Terry” Johnson Jr. was sworn in Thursday as the country’s new administrator of the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corp.
   The U.S. Transportation Department entity works with its Canadian counterpart to ensure market access to and from the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway waterway, and is responsible for operating and maintaining the two U.S. seaway locks in Massena, N.Y.
   Prior to this appointment, Johnson serve d as president and chief executive officer of FastShip Altantic and as chairman of the Virginia Port Authority. He also served as senior management consultant at Mercer Management and in 2002 was appointed to the board of the Overseas Private Investment Corp.
