“K” Line opens agency in South Africa
The Japanese ocean carrier 'K' Line said Wednesday it has established its own shipping agency in South Africa as a joint venture with the Bidvest Group Ltd.The new company will be called 'K' Line Shipping (South Africa) Pty Ltd., and starts operations Wednesday. The head office is in Durban, with branch offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town. 'K' Line's activities in South Africa were handled by Rennies Ships Agency Pty Ltd., a member of the Bidvest Group.
