“K” Line opens office in Changchun, China

   Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. will open its 15th representative office in China, at Changchun, on Monday.

   Changchun is the capital city of Jilin province, one of the three northeastern provinces of China. Those three provinces are considered as a significant economic region by the Chinese government, “K” Line said.

   Initially, there will be one resident member of staff at the Changchun office.

   Changchun has been one of the center cities of the heavy industry and is expecting further development, especially in the automobile industry, according to “K” Line.

   The 15 “K” Line bases in China are located in Shanghai, Dalian, Qingdao, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Beijing, Wuhan, and Changchun.
