Kansas City Southern promotes Wochner
Kansas City Southern has promoted William J. Wochner to vice president sales and marketing, coal business unit and contracts.
Wochner joined Kansas City Southern Railway Co. in 1981 and was most recently vice president and general solicitor. KCS said his responsibilities in this capacity will continue, in addition to his new coal marketing responsibilities for KCSR and Texas Mexican Railway Co.
