He was Kenco's director of operations. In his new role, Minghini will lead strategic direction and oversight in the areas of quality management and engineering.
Minghini joined Kenco in 2007 as a senior logistics engineer. Prior to this, he worked at Modern Industries, a division of Leggett & Platt, and Racemark International, two automotive market suppliers.
