Kewill, Infor create partnership

   Kewill, which provides multimodal transportation and logistics management solutions, this week entered into a global partnership with Infor.
   “We are confident that the integration will provide customers with a seamless platform, improving their overall experience by combining these best-of-breed solutions,” stated John Bermudez, vice president of product management at Infor.
   The results of the partnership will mean that Kewill’s Flagship, a shipping solution that supports high-volume domestic and international shipping, and Universal Carrier Module, a tool within Flagship that provides businesses with the ability to rapidly on-board, will be integrated into Infor’s Supply Chain Execution for more visibility, and better management and execution capabilities throughout the supply chain.
   “To put it simply, incorporating Kewill’s unmatched product features and functionality within our Supply Chain Execution solution will allow customers to make better decisions, faster,” stated Vishal Minocha, senior global product manager for Supply Chain Execution at Infor.
   Kewill President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Farrell stated, “Kewill’s products combined with Infor Supply Chain Execution will give retailers, manufacturers and logistics service providers the agility and control they need to compete and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.”
