KLM CARGO TO DROP FUEL SURCHARGE
Based on the developments of the fuel price, in combination with the mechanism for applying a fuel surcharge, KLM Cargo decided to drop the fuel surcharge (10 EUR cents per kg) on airfreight rates worldwide, effective Dec. 1, 2001.
In case fuel price develops in upward direction on short notice, KLM Cargo will reconsider this decision, the company said.
