Kloch was global account director for Geodis Wilson. He started his career with Dan Transport in Denmark (now DSV) and in 1990 moved to the United States where he held various sales and operations management positions in the industry.
SBS has four offices in the United States, in addition to its six U.K. offices and another 14 in China.
The company also promoted Doug Overett, a 30-year forwarding industry veteran, to the new position of U.K. managing director.
