Koch heads AA Cargo Europe, Mideast sales

Koch heads AA Cargo Europe, Mideast sales    American Airlines Cargo has named Tristan Koch as managing director of cargo sales for Europe and the Middle East.
   Koch comes to American from British Airways World Cargo, where he served in a variety of senior positions, most recently as key global account manager. Before that, he worked for the U.K. Department of the Environment as a policy advisor.
   With American and British Airways' recent joint business agreement, American said it expects Tristan’s experience to bring additional benefit to its customers.
   Koch will be based at American's cargo facility at Heathrow, where he will oversee the airline’s regional offices and general sales agency operations.
