Korean Air confirms two more 747 freighter conversions

Korean Air has exercised options for two freighter conversion kits from its 2004 order to convert up to 20 747-400 passenger planes into freighters, Boeing Co. said.

A Chinese aerospace company is doing some of the conversion work, which will be completed by Korean Air’s Aerospace Division under license from Boeing.
