KUEHNE & NAGEL APPOINTS JANSSEN BOARD MEMBER
Heinz Janssen has been appointed member of the management board of Kuehne & Nagel International, the Swiss forwarding and logistics group.
Janssen will be responsible for global logistics services within the group and will contribute to the definition and implementation of supply chain management services.
Janssen previously worked for Schenker International Deutschland and for Rhenus AG.
Kuehne & Nagel said that the appointment of a logistics board member follows the revision of the group strategy. The group will make integrated logistics a firm part of its scope of activities, Kuehne & Nagel said.
