Kuehne + Nagel offers 7.1% of share capital
Kuehne + Nagel International AG Friday offered 1.7 million treasury shares to institutional investors at CHF 295.50 ($228.45) per share.
The share offering, representing 7.1 percent of Kuehne + Nagel’s share capital, increases the free float of the company from 34 to 41 per cent.
Kuehne + Nagel said the sale of shares will partly finance its planned acquisition of ACR Logistics (formerly Hays Logistics) for 490 million euros ($589 million).
