Kuehne + Nagel opens logistics center in Bratislava
Swiss forwarding and logistics services provider Kuehne + Nagel marked its 15th anniversary in Slovakia by opening a logistics center in the Eastern European country’s capital of Bratislava.
The new facility is located close to Bratislava airport and has about 6,000 square meters of warehousing and handling space, and 7,500 pallet positions.
“Our new logistics terminal caters to the provision of integrated logistics services and to growing business volumes,” said Pavol Jelenek, managing director for Kuehne + Nagel in Slovakia. “By bundling resources at this terminal, we can accelerate workflow processes and generate synergies. In addition, the geographic location allows for fast and efficient distribution to all economic centers across Europe.”
