Kuehne + Nagel opens Russia offices

Kuehne + Nagel opens Russia offices Kuehne + Nagel has increased its presence in Russia with the opening of a branch office in Kaliningrad and an air freight office at the country's largest airport Moscow Domodedovo International.
   The Swiss logistics company said the Kaliningrad office would focus on sea freight services as the ice free port is an important year-round route into mainland Russia. In the course of next year, the office portfolio will be expanded to include overland, warehousing and air freight services.
   The office at Moscow Domodedovo is located on the premises of the cargo terminal with customers offered air freight import, export, transit and customs services.
   'The opening of these two new locations is a further step in our strategy of establishing a logistics network across Russia
to ever better support our customers in developing this dynamic market,' said Clemens Abt, Kuehne + Nagel’s managing director for Russia and regional manager for North East Europe.
